Now that Albany Med is transforming the whole area, this spot could have great potential. (Madison Ave & New Scotland intersection) Anything than the current boarded up building would be an improvement. So I re-imagined another beer/bar/brunch/dinner place. What can I say? I like nice bars.

My first post of the old Tandoor Palace building on the corner of Lark and Madison is now completely gone. So I guess that adaptive reuse suggestion will never happen. We’ll see what happens there.
